UAB Football Completes First Day of Spring Practice

BIRMINGHAM - Beginning its Conference USA title defense, the UAB football team opened 2019 spring practice on Tuesday morning at the Football Operations Center.
With the departure of 35 seniors, this spring is vitally important for a slew of young players that are looking to fill 15 starting roles.
Tuesday was treated like the typical first day of camp with the Blazers in helmets only. UAB will practice again on Thursday and will continue to progress to full pads.
