BIRMINGHAM - The UAB men's tennis team returns to the courts to take on UCF at Samford on Sunday at 9 a.m.
UAB (4-4, 1-0 C-USA) features the No. 40 ranked doubles team in the country (Roman Postolka and Michal Lusovsky) and has won its last three doubles points against Lipscomb, Southern Miss and South Alabama.
The Blazers are coming off a 4-2 loss to South Alabama and have had two consecutive matches postponed due to weather, but look to regain the momentum they had during a two-match winning streak against Lipscomb and Southern Miss.
The Green and Gold are led in singles victories by Lusovsky, Tom el Safadi and Daniel Janko, who have each tallied three wins on the campaign.
UCF (1-5, 0-0 American) claimed its lone victory of the spring on Feb. 8 at Indiana.
Following Sunday's match, the Blazers return home to host Alabama A&M on Mar. 2 at 1 p.m. at the UAB Tennis Courts.
