Blazers Continue Road Stint at Old Dominion

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB baseball team continues its five-game road swing this weekend with a trip to Norfolk, Va., for a three-game series against Old Dominion at the Bud Metheny Baseball Complex.
Game one is scheduled for Friday at 5 p.m. CT, game two on Saturday at 2 p.m. CT and the series finale is slated for Sunday at noon CT and will be broadcasted on beIN Sports.

- The Monarchs boast the fourth-best batting average in the league, hitting a combined .282. Culver Lamb leads the offense, hitting .320 with four home runs, 16 RBI and five stolen bases
- The Monarchs are scheduled to throw freshman-handed pitcher Erik Stock (1-1, 4.70 ERA) on Friday, Morgan Maguaire (2-3, 3.58 ERA) on Saturday and will determine their Sunday starter at a later time.
