Baseball Continues Fall Practice

BIRMINGHAM – Coming off its first full week of fall practice, the UAB baseball team continues its preparation for the 2019 season with its second week of training.
The Blazers will practice Monday from 1:30-4:30, before taking Tuesday off. UAB resume practice on Wednesday and Thursday from 1:30-4:30. On Friday, Oct. 12 the Blazers are set to host junior college Shelton State in a scrimmage with first pitch set for 1:50 p.m. The week concludes on Saturday when UAB plays another intersquad scrimmage, beginning at 11 a.m.
All games are practices are free and open to the public with all events taking place at Young Memorial Field. Times are subject to change without notice.
