Women's Golf Travels To Lady Eagle Invite

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB women's golf team continues its spring season Monday and Tuesday at the 21st Annual Lady Eagle Invitational in Hattiesburg, Miss.
The Blazers and 13 other teams will play 36 holes at the par-72, 6,111-yard Hattiesburg Country Club. Tournament action gets underway Monday morning at 9 a.m. CT and the event will close Tuesday beginning at 8:30 a.m. CT.
The Blazers are coming off the 13th Annual USA Women's Invite, where they finished seventh as a team after improving 15 strokes in the final round in Mobile.
Other teams competing at the two-day tournament include Alabama State, Central Arkansas, Houston Baptist, Jackson State, ULM, Memphis, Murray State, Sam Houston State, host Southern Miss, Stephen F. Austin, South Alabama, Western Kentucky and William Carey.
