Women's Golf Opens Play at Bearcat Spring Classic

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - UAB's women's golf team continues its spring slate this weekend at the 2015 Bearcat Spring Classic in Howey-In-The-Hills, Fla.
The Blazers will square off with 16 other teams at the three-day event at the Mission Inn Resort and Los Colinas Golf Course.
Juliana Sebastian, Kayla Wilbourn, Margaret Yeh, Rebecca Chandler and Holly Robinson are set to compete for UAB.
Other teams in the field include Bradley, the host Cincinnati Bearcats, Central Arkansas, Florida Atlantic, Florida Southern, Illinois State, Jacksonville, Memphis, North Dakota State, Northern Illinois, Rutgers, Seminole State, Seton Hall, Southern Miss, Texas A&M Corpus Christi and Winthrop.
The Blazers are coming off the Lady Eagle Invite, where they finished 11th as a team in the rain-shortened event in Hattiesburg.
