UAB Softball Adds Hannah Lee to 2015-16 Class

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB softball team added Hannah Lee to its 2015-16 class, the team announced on Tuesday. Lee is the fifth athlete tabbed to join the Blazers next season, joining fellow newcomers Tori Perkins, Analyse Petree, Sophie Robic and Lizzie Ryan.
“My love for the game continues to grow as I take the next step," Lee said. "UAB is where I want to be and where I feel that I am supposed to be."
Lee comes to UAB from Prattville, Ala., after competing in softball for Marbury High School since eighth grade. Over that period, Lee hit over .400 four times, including a 2012 season in which she hit .542.
The outfielder earned All-State Honorable Mention honors twice over her high school career, and added an All-Tournament team selection in 2012 and an All-Metro selection in 2014.
