Blazers On Base With Autism Set For April 1

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB athletics department and Alpha Xi Delta are working together to host the Blazers on Base with Autism event. The event is scheduled for April 1 at the UAB baseball game against Troy at 6:30 p.m. at Regions Field.
Blazers on Base with Autism is an event to bring awareness to the community during the month of April, Autism Awareness Month. The game is scheduled to be a “white-out”, where all in attendance are encouraged to wear white. Official Blazers on Base with Autism shirts are available at Snoozy’s Bookstore for $15, with proceeds going to Autism Speaks.
