BIRMINGHAM, Ala. –--- The UAB women’s soccer team takes to the road one final time in Conference USA play, traveling to Murfreesboro, Tenn., to face the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders on Sunday at 5 p.m. CT.
The Blazers enter the matchup having dropped three of their last four contests. Last time out, UAB fell at WKU, 1-0, despite a seven-save effort from junior goalkeeper Angelica Jimenez on Oct. 19. Five different players have scored multiple times this season, with Grace Summers leading the way with five goals. In frame, Kelsey Brouwer has posted six shutouts and is allowing 1.3 goals in per game. She ranks second in the conference with a total of 78 saves this season.
