Standing Room Only Tix Remain For Tuesday Softball

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- All regular bleacher seats have been sold and only "standing room only" tickets remain for Tuesday night's UAB softball game against top-ranked Alabama at the UAB Softball Field.

The first pitch for the Blazers' 2013 home opener against the Crimson Tide will be at 6:00 p.m.

The standing room only tickets can be purchased for $3.00 through the UAB Ticket Office or at the gate beginning at 4:30 on Tuesday.

UAB comes into the game with a record of 6-3 after going 3-1 at the Kennesaw State Classic this past weekend in Kennesaw, GaSi. Alabama is 10-0 after winning the FGCU LaQuinta Inn and Suites Tournament title Sunday in Fort Myers, Fla.
