BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ---- The UAB baseball team will travel to Samford University to play a midweek match up on Wednesday at Joe Lee Griffin Field. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT.
UAB (21-16) will send right-handed pitcher Alex Luna to the mound, while Samford (21-15) will counter with southpaw Tyler Hammond.
The game will air locally on WJOX-AM 690 with David Crane and Ryan Keedy on the call.
