BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- The times of the running events on Thursday, Jan. 26, day two of the Birmingham Invitational, have been revised to better accommodate the 24 competing teams. UAB is hosting the meet at the Birmingham CrossPlex along with Samford and Birmingham-Southern.
The orignial agenda called for the first running event, the unseeded 5,000 meters, to begin at 8 a.m. and the last event, the men’s 4x400-meter relay, to take place at 9 p.m.
The revised schedule lists the first event, the unseeded 5,000 meters, to begin at 9 a.m. and the final race of the day, the men’s 4x400-meter relay, to commence at 7:10 p.m.
The field events timetable for Thursday remains the same. Times and events on day one of the invitational, which begins today at 2 p.m., have not changed.
