Schedule Change: Baseball To Play Split Doubleheader Saturday

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Due to a forecast for inclement weather later this weekend, the Sunday baseball game between UAB and Western Illinois has been moved up to Saturday and will be played as part of a split doubleheader at Young Memorial Field.
Game one will be played at Noon CT as previously scheduled, and game two has been slated for 7:30 p.m. CT. Admission to both games Saturday will be free.
The three-game series between the Blazers (7-7) and Leathernecks (4-8) gets underway Friday at 6:30 p.m. CT.
