Blazers To Host Ole Miss Wednesday

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB volleyball team will open its 2004 season Wednesday as the Blazers host Ole Miss at 7 p.m. at Bartow Arena. The match will also mark the season opener for the Rebels. UAB then takes to the road for the weekend, as the Blazers will compete in the University of Evansville Invitational Friday-Saturday. Friday, UAB takes on Belmont at 5 p.m. and Saturday, the Blazers square off against Chicago State at 10 a.m. and then meet Evansville at 5:30 p.m. Tickets to Wednesday's match are $5 for adults, $2 for children ages 3-12, children 2 and under are admitted free and UAB students are admitted free with a valid student ID.
