Blazers To Host Alabama State Tuesday

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The UAB baseball team will host in-state foe Alabama State Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Young Memorial Field.
UAB (16-19, 4-10 Conference USA) is coming off a 6-5 upset of seventh-ranked Tulane last Sunday at Young Memorial Field. The Blazers took two games out of the three-game set with the Green Wave as UAB won the Saturday game 11-3.
Alabama State (15-27, 9-15 Southwestern Athletic Conference) suffered a 4-2 conference loss at Jackson State last Sunday in its last outing. Jackson State swept the three-game series from the Bulldogs.
Tickets are $5 for adults, $2 for children ages 3-12, children 2 and under are admitted free and UAB students are admitted free with a valid student ID.
