Women's Tennis To Begin Five-Match Homestand

UAB's 75th-ranked women's tennis team will play the first match in a five-match homestand Sunday, Feb. 25, as the Blazers entertain Troy State. Match time is set for 1:00 p.m. at the Brook Highland Racquet Club. Admission to the match is free.
UAB is 7-0 this season, just coming off a 5-2 victory over the 68th-ranked Auburn.
The match will be the 6th meeting with Troy State under Head Coach Mert Ertunga. UAB leads the series 5-0.
Following Sunday's action, UAB will welcome the Samford Bulldogs this Wednesday and Eastern Michigan next Wednesday.
The homestand concludes on March 11 after a two-match weekend against Southern Mississippi and MTSU on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
