Lamarre enters his first season at UAB in 2024-25 after spending the last two years at Odessa College.
He helped the Wranglers reach the Quarterfinals of the 2024 NJCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship and achieve a 26-9 record.
Coach Parker helped the Wranglers complete their third straight WJCAC title going 15-1 in conference and 30-4 overall on the season. The team also made the elite eight in the NJCAA National tournament and had nine student athletes move on to four-year schools.
Before coming to Odessa, Coach Parker spent one season as an Assistant Coach at Arizona Western College located in Yuma, Arizona. While he was there the Matadors compiled a 26-5 record, finished first in the conference play, and went to the Region 1 title game. Coach Parker helped in the player development of three All-Conference Players, Conference Player of the Year, and an All-American. At Arizona Western, he coached future Blazers Marquis Hargrove and Yaxel Lendeborg.
Prior to his tenure Coach Parker spent four years with George Mason as a student manager, video and scouting intern, and a Graduate Manager. While he attended George Mason University, he also coached a Grassroots AAU program for three seasons and helped send eight student-athletes to play college basketball.
The Chesapeake, Virginia native received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from George Mason in 2020 and his Master’s degree in Sports Management in 2021.
