AS A JUNIOR (2017):
Played in 12 games for the Blazers this seasons… Finished the season with 29 tackles (15 unassisted, 14 assisted)…Made arguably the play of the year by blocking Louisiana Tech’s game-winning field goal attempt with three seconds remaining to preserve UAB’s 23-22 victory…Was named C-USA Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts against Louisiana Tech (10/9)…Had three tackles and a sack against Alabama A&M (9/2)…Posted another three tackles and a sack at North Texas (9/23)…Had a season high four tackles against Charlotte (10/21).

PRIOR TO UAB:
Signed with his twin brother, Eron, to South Dakota State as a tight end… Recruited out of high school by Nebraska and Missouri for track and field… Transferred to Iowa Western CC where he transitioned to Defensive End… Played in 18 games at Iowa Western, recording 88 tackles (36 solo, 52 assists)… Averaged 4.9 tackles per game… Recorded 10 sacks for a total of 76 yards lost… Added 29 tackles for loss for 144 yards lost and one forced fumble.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Played for Omaha North West under Clinton Childs… Was a standout on the track… Won the 2012 and 2013 State Championships in High Jump… Holds the school record for high jump at 6’8… Also played basketball and wrestled.
