HIGH SCHOOL

Played at Glenda Dawson High School in Pearland, Texas, where he developed into one of the state’s top offensive line prospects. A consensus three-star recruit, Perez was ranked among the nation’s top offensive tackles by multiple recruiting services and earned First Team All-District honors. He helped lead Dawson to three playoff appearances during his prep career and established himself as a physical, technically sound blocker. His combination of size, strength and athleticism earned him the opportunity to begin his collegiate career at Duke before eventually transferring to UAB.
