- Tossed a career-high 60.1 innings over 17 appearances and seven starts
- Tabbed the Blazers Opening Day starter against Creighton (Feb. 17)
- Named C-USA Pitcher of the Week after Opening Day performance
- Recorded first career complete game in a 5-1 win against Valparaiso (Feb. 24)
- Struck out a career-high six batters against Creighton (Feb. 17)
- Opponents hit .256 against him, the second lowest batting average on the team
- Picked up first career save against Charlotte (April 28)
- Brilliant at home with a 1.46 ERA in 11 appearances between Regions Field and Young Memorial Field
- Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll

FRESHMAN SEASON (2016)
- Consistent force out of the bullpen
- Made 25 appearances with one start
- Held a 3.00 ERA to go along with a 4-5 record, the second-most wins on the team
- Totaled 51 innings and 46 strikeouts while issuing only 21 walks
- Earned his first career victory on Feb. 27 versus Ohio, throwing 4.1 innings in relief, allowing only one run while striking out a season-high four batters
- Also struck out four batters at Troy (Feb. 24) and at Marshall (May 8)
- Allowed just one run over his final three appearances (5.2 innings)
- Other victories came against Louisiana Tech (March 19) and nationally ranked Southern Miss (April 15)
- Played in the Cape Cod League for the Chatham Anglers
