SOPHOMORE SEASON (2017)
- All-Conference USA Second Team
- Added a plethora of academic awards by being named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team and C-USA All-Academic Team
- Team-best .328 average, 43 runs, six triples, eight home runs, 31 RBI, 109 total bases, .586 slugging percentage, 25 walks, .422 on-base percentage and conference-best 17 stolen bases
- Only player in the nation to reach at least five home runs (eight), six triples, and 11 stolen bases (17)
- Added 12 doubles, the second-best mark on the team
- Six triples this season ranked tied for the fourth-most in school history
- 19-game hitting streak in the middle of the season was four games shy of the school record
- Turned that hitting streak into a 41-game on-base streak to end the season
- Team-best .341 average against right-handed pitchers
- Impressive .452 (19-for-42) clip when batting with runners in scoring position
- .639 slugging percentage in conference play exceeded the next best mark on the team by nearly .200 points
- Additionally led team with .460 on-base percentage, 28 runs, seven home runs, 62 total bases, 20 walks and nine stolen bases in C-USA games
- Reached base in all 28 conference games that he made a plate appearance
- Only player on the team to exceed seven two-out RBI (15)
- Shined in the first conference series of the year at WKU by going 5-for-12 with six runs, one double, one triple, two home runs, four RBI, two walks, 14 total bases and three stolen bases
- Registered team season-bests in game one at WKU with two home runs and eight total bases
- Tallied three stolen bases versus Old Dominion on May 6, highest single-game mark in a UAB game in 2017
- Knocked in the first run of the game in an eventual 3-2 win at Georgia on March 3
- First home run of the season came in the first game of the double-header versus Louisiana-Monroe on March 12
- Scored both, walk-off runs against the Warhawks in that doubleheader
- Belted two home runs in the FIU series
- Registered three RBI games at FIU on April 1 and vs. Rice on May 19
- Final stolen base of the year was a straight steal of home in the 9-4 victory versus Rice on May 20 and the first straight steal of home since 2014 for a Blazer
- Named to the Conference USA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll
FRESHMAN SEASON (2016)
- Earned Conference USA All-Freshman Team, just the 14th player in program history to earn the distinction
- Started all 55 games
- Led the team with 37 runs, 22 stolen bases, four triples, 38 walks, .408 slugging percentage and .413 on-base percentage
- Ranked tied for first in C-USA in triples, fourth in stolen bases, and tied for fifth in walks
- The 22 stolen bases was one shy of cracking the top ten in school history for a single-season
- Hit .289 with three home runs, 26 RBI, and 82 total bases
- Made just a single error at Centerfield, earning a .993 fielding percentage, the highest-mark for any UAB position player to appear in more than 20 games
- Opened his career with a five game hitting streak (.462 average) and scored at least once in six straight games to begin
- Had a seven-game hitting streak in the middle of the season
- Registered three-or-more hits in four games
- Strong day in the Blazers 8-0 win over in-state rival Alabama, going 3-for-5 with two RBI, two stolen bases, and registering five putouts
- Home run shy of the cycle on April 24 versus Middle Tennessee (4-for-4, one run, one double, one triple, one stolen base)
- Named to the C-USA All-Academic Team after earning a 3.71 GPA
- Named to the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll
