Telephone Calls
In sports other than football, men's basketball and cross country/track & field, coaches are not permitted to initiate telephone calls to prospective student-athletes prior to September 1 of their junior year in high school. In football, coaches are not permitted to initiate telephone calls to prospective student-athletes prior to September 1 of their senior year in high school; however, one telephone call may be made to a prospective student-athlete between April 15 and May 31 of the individual's junior year of high school. In men's basketball, coaches are not permitted to initiate telephone calls to prospective student-athletes prior to June 15 following their sophomore year in high school. In cross country/track & field, coaches are not permitted to initiate telephone calls to prospective student-athletes prior to July 1 following their junior year in high school.
