BIRMINGHAM – No. 20 UAB Rifle is set to face No. 4 Georgia Southern on Saturday, Feb. 15, in Statesboro, Ga. The match will begin at 7 a.m.
The Blazers finished third at the SoCon Championships, posting an aggregate score of 4573. Meghan McLaughlin led the team, posting a 1152 aggregate score, 571 smallbore and 581 air rifle. McLaughlin also qualified for the smallbore finals.
After this match, UAB will head to Jacksonville, Ala. to compete in the NCAA Qualifier.
