BIRMINGHAM, Ala. βΒ The UAB Department of AthleticsΒ is proud to announce Blazers Give Day, a fundraising initiative set to take place on Tuesday, December 2, in conjunction with Giving Tuesday.Β

TheΒ initiativeΒ is designed toΒ raise funds within a concentratedΒ periodΒ to provideΒ additional resources needed to competeΒ β andΒ winΒ β inΒ today'sΒ rapidly evolvingΒ college athletics landscape.

Blazers Give Day focuses onΒ strengthening the competitive foundation whichΒ drives excellence across all programs.Β Whether through the Competitive Excellence Fund which helps recruit and retain student-athletes, or sport specific operational support, weΒ encourage you to contributeΒ directly to the sport of your choice.

Through this initiative, UAB Athletics aims to ensure each Blazer student-athlete is equipped to maximize every opportunity and achieve excellenceΒ across allΒ aspectsΒ of the student-athlete experience.
