Blazers Give Day Scheduled for December 2

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB Department of Athletics is proud to announce Blazers Give Day, a fundraising initiative set to take place on Tuesday, December 2, in conjunction with Giving Tuesday.
The initiative is designed to raise funds within a concentrated period to provide additional resources needed to compete – and win – in today's rapidly evolving college athletics landscape.
Blazers Give Day focuses on strengthening the competitive foundation which drives excellence across all programs. Whether through the Competitive Excellence Fund which helps recruit and retain student-athletes, or sport specific operational support, we encourage you to contribute directly to the sport of your choice.
Through this initiative, UAB Athletics aims to ensure each Blazer student-athlete is equipped to maximize every opportunity and achieve excellence across all aspects of the student-athlete experience.
Blazer Nation – fans, alumni, and friends – are encouraged to join this collective effort to advance the mission of UAB Athletics and help strengthen programs that proudly reflect the championship spirit of Birmingham and the tradition of excellence at UAB.
