BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Lucas Rizzo and Francisco Ranieri earned American Conference Honorable Mention with their performances against FIU and Temple last week.
UAB won both games 2-0 behind two great defensive performances. Rizzo scored both goals in UAB's 2-0 win at Temple and has now scored four goals in three games. Ranieri put up back to back shutouts against FIU and then Temple. He recorded four saves on 19 faced shots.
