American Conference Weekly Honors: Chance Westry

BIRMINGHAM, ALA. - Chance Westry was named to the American Conference weekly awards for his performances against Alabama State and High Point.
Westry earned honorable mention, starting off the week with a career high 25 points against Alabama State shooting 10-of-16 from the field.
Against High Point, Westry put up 22 points, six assists, and five rebounds. He averaged 23.5 points, 3.0 assists, and 3.5 rebounds over the two-game span.
UAB is back in action tonight to face Division III opponent Rhodes College at 6:30 p.m. in Bartow Arena.
