What to Know Ahead of UAB Football’s Spring Showcase

BIRMINGHAM – UAB Football is set to host its Spring Showcase presented by Legacy Community Federal Credit Union and AL.com this Saturday, April 6, at Legacy Pavilion. Below are the key items fans needs to know before heading to campus on Saturday morning.
Event: Free and open to the public.
Parking: Free parking will be available at four different lots around the UAB Football Operations Center.
What to Bring: Fans are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, drinks and snacks. Small coolers will be permitted inside but large coolers are not allowed.
Food Trucks: There will be four food trucks on site Saturday: Chick-fil-a, Full Moon BBQ, Jimmy John's and Kona Ice.
Spring Showcase Format: The Blazers will take the field at 10 a.m. for warmups. The scrimmage will start at approximately 10:35 a.m. and conclude at 12:45 p.m.
Other Events: Following the Spring Showcase, fans are encouraged to head across the street as the UAB Softball team hosts North Texas at 1 p.m. and UAB Baseball hosting Tulane at 2 p.m.
Following the baseball game, UAB Athletics will host the annual Dragon Egg Hunt on the baseball field. Be sure to register for the Dragon Egg Hunt by clicking here.
2024 Season Tickets: Season ticket packages for 2024 are on sale now and start as low as $99 in the Family Zone Season Ticket. The public season ticket remains $180, and Blaze's Corner season tickets are also available for an affordable $120 per seat. Premium seating is available on the West and East side of Protective Stadium, and a limited number of Stadium Club seats remain for $1,100 per seat.
Season ticket packages provide the most affordable way to catch the Blazers in action during all six home games at Protective Stadium. The 2024 UAB Football seat selection and relocation process begins on April 15 following the April 1 UAB Football priority seat deadline.
