UAB Football Adds Three on February Signing Day

BIRMINGHAM - Head Coach Trent Dilfer and the UAB football program added three additional players on National Signing Day to round out the Blazers' 2024 signing class.
The three February signees are in addition to the 14 high school players and 11 transfers that were signed in December.
Today's signees include:
JOSHUA JACKSON – WIDE RECEIVER – 6'3'' 205 – NEW ORLEANS, LA – ST. AUGUSTINE HS
A three-star recruit from New Orleans who had offers from Michigan, Ole Miss, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Tulane, UTSA and Louisiana Tech.
TYDERICK BROWN – CORNERBACK – 6'0" 170 – DALLAS, TX – DUNCANVILLE HS
A Three-star recruit from Duncanville HS in Dallas…Had three interceptions and seven pass breakups as a senior…Chose UAB over Arizona State and Marshall.
NATE ROGERS – RUNNING BACK – 5"10" 190 – WETUMPKA, AL – WETUMPKA
A standout quarterback for Wetumpka who will play running back for the Blazers…Threw for 1,343 yards and 10 TD while rushing for 1,630 yards and 21 touchdowns in 2023…Set the Wetumpka school record for career total yards (7,385) and total touchdowns (67)…Also excels in basketball…Chose UAB over Marshall and Alabama State.
