BIRMINGHAM – The UAB softball team suffered a 15-0 loss to Alabama on Sunday afternoon at Mary Bowers Field.
Alabama scored three runs in the first, three in the second, seven in the third and two in the fifth.
The Blazers concluded the Green and Gold Classic at 2-3 overall and are now 6-9 on the season.
UAB is back in action in action on Wednesday at Mary Bowers Field with a double header against Northern Iowa at 2:30 p.m. and Auburn at 5 p.m.
