No. 20 UAB Rifle Takes Down VMI

LEXINGTON, Va. – UAB Rifle defeated VMI on Saturday morning on the road with a score of 4586. Gracie Turk was the top performer in the match with an aggregate score of 1156.

In smallbore, Amy Kohan led the way for UAB with the top overall score of 575 while Turk and Christopher Comstock each recorded a 564.

Turk was the Blazers' highest scorer in air rifle with an impressive personal best score of 592. Comstock added a 578 while Meghan McLaughlin scored a 577.

The trio of Turk, Kohan and Comstock were the Blazers' top performers in aggregate score with a 1156, 1150 and 1142, respectively.

The Blazers will return to action on Sunday, November 19 against Jacksonville State.
