MBB to Host Second Annual Teddy Bear Toss vs. Southern Miss

BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's basketball will host its second annual Teddy Bear Toss during halftime of its game against Southern Miss on Friday, December 1. Fans that bring teddy bears or other stuffed animals will receive a $10 ticket at the gate.
At halftime, fans will be instructed to throw their teddy bears on to the court. The stuffed animals will be included in UAB IT's Toy Drive and will be donated to the U.S. Marine Corps' Toys for Tots campaign. Fans who need a last-minute teddy bear can visit the UAB Bookstore inside of Bartow Arena to purchase an officially licensed stuffed animal while supplies last.
Additionally, Santa Claus will be in attendance to meet with kids, take pictures and collect their letters on the concourse throughout the game, starting 60 minutes before tip.

Season tickets for the 2023-24 UAB men's basketball season are still on sale starting as low as $110. Season packages will feature all home games during UAB's inaugural season in the American Athletic Conference and provide the most cost-effective way to attend games in Bartow Arena. Fans may request more information here or call the UAB Athletics Ticket Office at (205) 975-UAB1.
GROUP AND PREMIUM TICKETS
Individual and corporate groups can plan an unforgettable experience during any of UAB's 18 home events this season by filling out the UAB Basketball Group Ticket Request Form. Fan experience packages and discounted group tickets are available for a minimum purchase of 15 tickets, and fan experiences at Bartow Arena are available at any home basketball game on a first come, first served basis throughout the season.
