Registration for Summer Camps Now Open

BIRMINGHAM – UAB Baseball head coach Casey Dunn has announced the Dunn Baseball Academy Summer Camps registration is now open. There will be two different camps offered – a Youth and Middle School Camp.

There are four opportunities to attend the Summer Youth Camps for anyone in kindergarten through fifth grade (grade as of Fall 2023). These camps will cover the fundamentals of throwing, hitting, fielding, pitching and base running. In addition, campers will participate in camp games and challenges each day.

Summer Youth Camp 1: June 12-15

Location: Young Memorial Field, UAB
Time: 9 A.M - 12 P.M.
Cost: $200

Summer Youth Camp 2: June 26-29

Location: Noble Athletic Complex, Gardendale
Time: 9 A.M - 12 P.M.
Cost: $200

Summer Youth Camp 3: July 10-13

Location: Young Memorial Field, UAB
Time: 9 A.M - 12 P.M.
Cost: $200

Summer Youth Camp 4: July 17-20

Location: Wald Park, Vestavia Hills
Time: 9 A.M - 12 P.M.
Cost: $200

The Middle School Camp is designed for campers looking to try out for their school team and compete at a competitive level. The instruction will be more advanced and individual specific. For the camps, there are two opportunities for campers who are in grades 6-8th.

Middle School Camp 1: June 12-14

Location: Young Memorial Field, UAB
Time: 1-3 P.M.
Cost: $200

Middle School Camp 2: July 10-12

Location: Young Memorial Field, UAB
Time: 1-3 P.M.
Cost: $200
