Nick Robillard Named to C-USA Men’s Golf All-Academic Team

BIRMINGHAM – For a second-consecutive year, Nick Robillard has been named to the Conference USA Men's Golf All-Academic Team, as announced by league officials on Thursday.
Robillard is the reigning Conference USA Golfer of the Year and Conference USA's Scholar Athlete of the Year. He is a 4.0 student earning his Master's in Business Administration. He is one of five C-USA student-athletes to earn the award.
A four-time recipient of the Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and Academic Medal, Robillard has been one of the top golfers in the league for the last two seasons.
"This is a really special honor for Nick," head coach Matt Whall said. "It shows just how much effort he puts into all aspects of his life. To achieve excellence on the course and in the classroom takes real dedication so I'm extremely proud of him and what he brings to our Blazer family."
This year, Robillard has led the Blazers to an overall record of 103-37-3 as UAB enters postseason play looking to make it back to NCAA Nationals as they did in 2021.
He leads the team in tournament at or under par (5), rounds at or under par (20) and has a team-best three top five finishes this season.
UAB enters the Conference USA Tournament next week ranked No. 51 nationally. The C-USA Tournament is set to begin on Monday, April 25 in Texarkana, Ark.
