UAB Rifle Finishes Fourth at Gamecock Invitational

JACKSONVILLE, Ala. – UAB rifle finished fourth at Jacksonville State's Gamecock Invitational over the weekend with a score of 4564. Gracie Turk was UAB's top performer at 1151, her best score of the season.
Turk tied with Sophia Flores with a 576 in smallbore to lead the Blazers. Amy Kohan led UAB with a score of 578 in the air rifle.
Murray State finished with the highest team score of the tournament at 4708. The Racers recorded each of the top four individual scores. Jacksonville State and UT Martin finished in second and third, respectively with scores of 4668 and 4608.
UP NEXT
The Blazers will return to action on January 20 against North Georgia.
