Men’s Tennis Opens Play at ITA Regionals

BIRMINGHAM – UAB men's tennis will begin play at the ITA Southern Regional Championships on Thursday morning at the Alabama Tennis Stadium. The Blazers will be competing in both singles and doubles competition.
"ITA Regionals is another opportunity for our guys to compete against not only the best in the region, but some of the best in the country." Head Coach Justin DeSanto said, "What am I am most excited about is that we will have our entire team competing in this tournament. So far this fall, we have battled injuries so it will be good to have everyone healthy and playing together at a great event such as this."
All 13 Blazers will be in action in Tuscaloosa. Play will begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13 and run through Monday, Oct. 17. Live Stats and draws are available here.
