BIRMINGHAM - Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the 2020 UAB Football priority deadline has been extended beyond the April 1 date. The new priority deadline is Friday, May 15, and allows more time for Blazer fans to renew or purchase before the 2020 season's priority allocation.
Current football season ticket holders can click here to renew their seats for the 2020 Football season. Fans interested in purchasing new season tickets can do so for as low as $75 with the Family Four Pack season ticket. As a reminder, 2020 Blazer Boosters members and season ticket holders will have top priority for seats leading into Protective Stadium in 2021.
"This is an unprecedented time and following the lead of our health professionals is the most important thing to do," said head coach Bill Clark. "There is uncertainty right now and we want to be flexible with our loyal fans who have helped us create one of the best home field advantages in the nation. Please continue to stay safe, practice social distancing, and know that we will continue to thrive together as a team, university and city."
If you have specific questions or concerns regarding your 2020 UAB Football season tickets, call the UAB Athletics Ticket Sales and Service team at (205) 975-UAB1 or email at tickets@uab.edu. Fans can also request more information on ticket options for the upcoming season here.
Coming off back-to-back C-USA West Division titles, expectations for the Blazers are very high as they return 18 starters entering 2020, nine on each side of the ball. UAB also brings back 13 All-Conference USA selections from a year ago, highlighted by first teamer Kristopher Moll and second team selections Jordan Smith and Austin Watkins Jr.
Since returning to action three years ago, UAB has the most wins (28) of any team in Conference USA. The Blazers are 20-6 in league action and 16-2 against West Division opponents, including two C-USA championship game appearances.
Thank you for your dedicated support of UAB Athletics, and we look forward to seeing Blazer Nation in the coming months ahead.
