Blazer nation will want to tune in to WJOX 94.5 on Friday from 10-2 p.m. as 3 Man Front broadcasts live from the Football Operations Center. Following practice, the final two hours of the show will feature interviews with multiple coaches and players, including HC Bill Clark, DC David Reeves, OC Bryant Vincent, RB Spencer Brown, QB Tyler Johnston III, C Lee Dufour, S Jarrion Street and Strength and Conditioning Coach Lyle Henley.
A reminder to fans that single game tickets went on sale today. UAB has six home games in 2019 and enters the season owning the nation's fifth longest active home winning streak. UAB is 12-0 at Legion Field since returning to action.

THREE TAKEAWAYS:
- It was yet another hot day in Birmingham. The Blazers were once again in just helmets so there wasn't tackling. As the new players continue to get their feet wet, practice will increase to shells on Friday and Saturday, then full pads on Monday.
- Wide receiver Austin Watkins was the standout player on day two of camp. Watkins was making big plays throughout the day, and specifically at the end during 7-on-7. The junior played in four games last year before utilizing the redshirt rule. With UAB's top four pass catches gone from a year ago, Tyler Johnston III is finding himself throwing to a cast of talented but new players, headlined by Watkins.
- Up front defensively, Garrett Marino will get most of the attention, but a crew of players alongside of him are starting to develop a rotation. Along with Marino, a formidable group of Fish McWilliams, Antonio Moultrie, Tony Fair, Mi'Cario Stanley Jaunta'vius Johnson, Kevin Penn and Michael Fairbanks III are battling for playing time on the interior.
