BIRMINGHAM – The UAB baseball is set to resume game one of its series against UTSA on Friday night at 6 p.m. The game, began on Thursday at 3 p.m., was suspended in the middle of the eighth inning due to storms impacting the Birmingham metro area.
Following the conclusion of the final 1.5 innings of game one, UAB officials will determine if there is a large enough window to play game two. If there is, first pitch will be immediately after game one.
Should game two not be able to be completed as scheduled, UAB officials will determine the schedule of the final two games of the series Friday night into Saturday morning.
