UAB Football to Host Second Annual Decal Drive

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - With the 2018 football season just 73 days away, head coach Bill Clark, members of the football team, staff, and the UAB spirit teams will participate in the second annual Decal Drive on Wednesday, June 20 beginning at 1 p.m. CST.
Participants in the event will travel around downtown Birmingham and surrounding communities and place "Win As One" decals in storefronts and businesses as a sign of support for UAB football and Blazer athletics.
"We had such an incredible amount of support last year, and I know that will grow," Clark said. "We are looking forward to a great season and will be ready for kick off on August 30th. We want the fans to join us this Wednesday for the Decal Drive and help us paint Birmingham green and gold."
All Blazer fans are invited to participate in the Decal Drive, which will start simultaneously in seven different areas across Birmingham. Those wishing to participate are asked to arrive at one of the seven designated locations shortly before 1 p.m. CST.
