UAB Women’s Basketball to Host Meet and Greet

BIRMINGHAM – Fans and supporters will have the chance to meet the 2018-19 UAB women's basketball team when Blazer Boosters and UAB Women's Basketball host a meet-and-greet at Bartow Arena on Thursday, Oct. 25.
The event will be held at 6 p.m. on the court at Bartow Arena. Fans who have purchased Gold Cards or received through their Blazer Boosters membership will have the chance to watch the end of practice and have dinner with the players and staff at 6:30 p.m.
Gold Card holders who wish to attend should RSVP to Associate Director of Development Borden LeSieur at bel78@uab.edu.
Women's basketball season tickets are available by purchasing the 2018-19 Gold Card. A Gold Card is $65 and includes access to all home women's soccer, men's soccer, volleyball, baseball and softball games in addition to women's basketball contests. Fans will get their first look at the 2018-19 UAB Women's Basketball team at the Hoops Tipoff Event on Oct. 18. The team will be introduced at halftime of the men's charity exhibition game versus Georgia and unveiling the banner for the 2017-18 Conference USA Regular Season championship.
