UAB Races to Seventh Place Finish at Blazer Classic

MONTEVALLO, Ala. – Paced by three top-50 finishes, the UAB cross country finished seventh overall at the 6,000 meter Blazer Classic on Friday morning.
Race Notes
- UAB hosted a cross country meet for the first time in program history
- Celestial Moon led the Blazers with a 40th place, 22:47.45 finish, marking the second consecutive race Moon has been UAB's top finisher
- Laura Thompson and Karlee Stortz also finished inside the top-50 with a 41st and 48th respective finish
