UAB’s Game at Charlotte Moved to Friday

BIRMINGHAM – With Hurricane Michael making landfall and moving towards North Carolina, the UAB women's soccer team's game against the Charlotte 49ers has been rescheduled for Friday, October 12.
Originally scheduled for a 6 p.m. (CST) kickoff, the two squads will now play on Friday afternoon at 3 p.m. (CST) at Transamerica Field.
UAB travelled to Charlotte on Wednesday morning and arrived safely in the Queen City ahead of Hurricane Michael. The team will stay in Charlotte until making the journey north for its Sunday clash at Old Dominion.
Fans will still be able to catch all of the action via livestream on CUSA.tv, while live stats for Friday's match will also be provided here.
