Blazers Cancel Midweek Game against Alabama State

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB baseball game versus Alabama State slated for tonight at Young Memorial Field has been cancelled due to inclement weather expected to hit the Birmingham area. A makeup date has yet to be announced.
This is the second time the Blazers and Hornets have had to postpone the game. It was originally scheduled for Tuesday, February 21.
UAB heads on the road for its first away series of the season against SEC opponent Georgia. The Friday night game is scheduled for 4 p.m. CST, 5 p.m. EST with the last two games coming at noon CST, 1 p.m. EST over the weekend.
