SB Nation Names Darious Williams Honorable Mention All-American

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Senior Darious Williams added another All-American accolade to his resume as SB Nation announced him as an Honorable Mention All-American.
The lockdown corner is racking up the postseason honors for his breakout senior campaign. In addition to the SB Nation All-American nod, Williams was named a First Team All-American by Pro Football Focus and a First Team All-Conference USA performer.
The Jacksonville native had a tremendous season for the Blazers and led Conference USA in passes defended (20), pass breakups (15) and interceptions (5).
Williams had a streak of four straight games with an interception which was the longest such streak in the nation this season. He also returned to his home state and had a career-high four pass breakups against Florida.
Williams is tied for second nationally in passes defended per game at 1.7 per game.
