BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Registration is now open for UAB women's soccer head coach Erica Demers' Winter Soccer Prospect Camp.
Camp will be held February 3-4 at BBVA Compass Field on the UAB campus, located at 800 11th Street South. The two-day event begins at noon on Saturday and concludes Sunday at noon.
Open to all soccer players, the Winter Soccer Prospect Camp costs $95 and includes all training sessions and a t-shirt. Any accommodations are not included in the cost. All campers will have the opportunity to tour the UAB campus at the conclusion of the weekend.
The Soccer Prospects Camps at UAB provide a competitive, intense and encouraging environment. Our goal is to impact the campers in a positive and challenging way and to impart our soccer knowledge to eager players.
We have built in competitive games and key training sessions where camp instructors will explain, demonstrate and teach specific aspects of the game. Our instructors will also do our best to create small groups to enable the highest amount of interaction with the coaches and to give individual attention and specific instruction.
