Dates Announced for Baseball Fall League Camp

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The 2016 UAB Baseball Fall Instructional Camp is set to begin Aug. 22 at Young Memorial Field, with games set to run through September. The league is intended for those who plan to play on their high school baseball team.
Registration fee for the league is $225, which pays for game t-shirts, helmet usage, baseballs, umpires, instructions, use of facilities and secondary insurance coverage.
Prior to the first day of games, UAB will hold a pitching and catching mini-camp on Monday, Aug. 22 and an infield and outfield mini-camp on Tuesday, Aug. 23. There will also be a hitting camp on Wednesday, Aug. 24, and campers are welcome to attend all three.
Registering early is strongly encouraged, and will give players the best chance of being assigned a position in the Fall League.
All camps are open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
