Wednesday Baseball Game Postponed; Makeup Dates Announced

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Due to predicted inclement weather, UAB's baseball game scheduled at Alabama State for Wednesday at 6 p.m. has been postponed. A makeup date for that game, as well as UAB's two games vs. Jacksonville State, have been announced.
The Blazers will travel to Alabama State on May 6 for a 6 p.m. contest in Montgomery. UAB was scheduled to face Jacksonville State twice last week, but weather also forced the postponement of those games.
The Blazers will host the Gamecocks April 8 at 6:30 p.m. at Young Memorial Field, and will make the return trip to Jacksonville May 12 at 6 p.m.
UAB returns to action this weekend at Regions Field for a three-game set against Ohio State.
