Baseball Releases 2015 Promotional Schedule

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Numerous season-long and special event promotions have been scheduled for the 2015 baseball season, the UAB athletics department released Friday.
The Blazers will open their second season at Regions Field on Feb. 13 vs. Western Michigan to begin the 31-game home slate (19 games at Regions Field, 12 at Young Memorial Field).
Every Friday home game will feature the Family Friday promotion, which grants two adults and two children access to the games for a discounted rate. Prices will be $14 at Regions Field and $10 at Young Memorial.
Children eighth grade and under, who are accompanied by an adult, will get in free every Sunday game, with fun activities and promotions scheduled for children in attendance.
The 2015 schedule also features Dollar Days, where admission will be just $1 for fans. The Dollar Day games will be Feb. 17 vs. Jacksonville State at 4 p.m. at Regions, Feb. 24 vs. Alabama A&M at 4 p.m. at Regions and May 5 vs. Alabama State at 6:30 p.m. at Regions.
In addition to the three $1 games, fans who show their church bulletins at the gate each Sunday will also be admitted for just $1.

Season tickets for the 2015 slate are available for purchase for $40, while the 2015 Family Plan is set at $95, which includes two adult and two youth tickets.
Single game ticket prices will run the same as the 2014 rate at $7 for an adult ticket at Regions Field, $5 for youth and free admission for UAB students. The Young Memorial Field rates also remain the same this season at $5 for adult, $3 for youth and free admission for UAB students.
