BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – For the first time in UAB baseball history, the public is invited to the program’s Meet The Team Banquet, which will be held Thursday, Feb. 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Regions Field.
The deadline to sign up for the event is next Friday, January 30. Cost to attend the banquet is $45 per person and the public can register by contacting Director of Operations Ben Drust at bennyd@uab.edu.
Six former Blazers, all current high school coaches in the greater Birmingham area, will be guest speakers at the event. Volunteer assistant coach Ron Polk will also roast the freshman as fans will get the chance to meet the 2015 Blazers.
Season tickets for the 2015 slate are also available for purchase. Season tickets are available for $40, while the 2015 Family Plan is set at $95, which includes two adult and two youth tickets.
Single game ticket prices will run the same as the 2014 rate at $7 for an adult ticket at Regions Field, $5 for youth and free admission for UAB students. The Young Memorial Field rates also remain the same this season at $5 for adult, $3 for youth and free admission for UAB students.
