BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The UAB track and field team will take part in its final meet prior to the Conference USA Championships on Friday at the Cupid Classic hosted by Southern Miss at the Birmingham CrossPlex.

Forty-five colleges and universities are scheduled to compete as field and running events are set to begin at 11 a.m.

The Blazers are coming off the Samford Multi last weekend when graduate student Neal Tisher tied her own UAB record in the pole vault and Sarah Livett broke a UAB freshman record.
